Welcome
My name is Claudia, and I am a yoga teacher, soft tissue massage therapist, and dancer based in Nottingham.
Born and raised in East London, my movement journey began with professional dance training. After graduating, I traveled widely, studying various movement practices and completing my yoga teacher training. I later qualified as a Soft Tissue Massage Therapist and have worked in my local community, yoga studios, corporate settings, and at retreats across the UK.
My connection to movement and holistic health practices started in my teenage years when I began using yoga for physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This personal journey inspired me to explore how the body and mind can heal and thrive through intentional practice.
I find direction and purpose in aligning with nature’s elements and cycles, with my work rooted in the belief that intentionality, community, and ritual can be powerful forces for transformation.
YOGA CLASSES
ADULTS
Accessible yoga from the heart, allowing even beginners to explore the deepest layers of the body, mind, and spirit. My teaching reflects my diverse movement background and bodywork training, drawing inspiration from multiple disciplines. Sessions include clear anatomical cues, hands-on assists, and massage, balanced with philosophy and mindfulness, all delivered in a down-to-earth and welcoming way.
CHILDREN
I bring playfulness, storytelling, and the natural world into my children's yoga classes, making them a space for creative movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. Sessions help kids develop emotional regulation, body awareness, and confidence, all while having fun.
MASSAGE
From the moment we begin, I create a space of safety, relaxation, and trust. I take a thorough case history, encourage feedback, and pride myself on professionalism, so you can fully drop into the experience.
Using a blend of deep tissue massage and sports massage techniques, I tailor each session to your needs, finishing with postural advice and exercises for long-term well-being. My approach is ideal for injury recovery, postural rehabilitation, and stress relief.
After a session, you’ll feel a sense of freedom, alignment, and balance in your body. I work with people from all walks of life, helping them move and feel better.
