The sessions I offer will enable you to utilise movement and meditation for healing and transformation. By using the power of your body and breath, as well as the attentive-focus of your mind, you will positively influence your own physical and mental well-being, as well as find a greater sense of connection to yourself. am currently on hiatus from all teaching and sessions as my family focus on relocating to Nottingham.
I am currently engaged in training which makes my offering more family-friendly and diverse. Stillness in Motion will be resuming live sessions here in the new year, but if you want to practise with me I have a selection of free guided meditations on my YouTube channel and Insight timer.
