My name is Claudia Silas and I am the creator of Stillness In Motion. I currently provide online yoga classes, as well as corporate yoga, one-to-one yoga and community yoga classes when lockdown restrictions aren’t in place. Additionally, I have a selection of free guided meditations on my YouTube channel and provide sports massage therapy and deep tissue masssge in East London and West Essex.
