Self-Love Yoga and Meditation Retreat
10th – 12th September 2021
Feelings of authenticity can go hand in hand with numerous psychological and social benefits, but many of us struggle to love our authentic selves.
The aim of this retreat is to help you to explore how to find self-love and acceptance. We will provide you with essential tools to help you incorporate this into your yoga practice and daily life. All classes and workshops are centered around mindfulness, compassion, gratitude and authenticity. When you join us for this weekend, we will send you a recommended reading list and meditations to get you started, and we encourage you to bring a journal for your stay.
“You, yourself, as much as anybody else in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” ~Buddha
Leave this retreat feeling whole and full of love, just as you are.
