What is Yoga?

For Claudia, Yoga is a journey on which you create space for your body and mind, whilst cultivating a greater sense of awareness and meaning. Yoga is not a competition of who is the most flexible or strong. If you push yourself too hard, you can create new injuries or aggravate existing problems. By being safe, steady and comfortable throughout the class, you will feel more relaxed and maximise the potential for your body to restore.

In modern society, especially in the wake of the electronic revolution, we are constantly bombarded with information, and it can be difficult for us to unwind and detach mentally from our busy routines. Claudia’s classes offer you an opportunity to slow down and focus on yourself by mindfully attending to your own body and breath through the practice of yoga.
